Here is how you make Big Momma's Simple Meatloaf:

Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, and ketchup in bowl, mixing thoroughly with your hands. Place in greased baking dish (about a 9x13 will do) & shape into a loaf. Cover with tomato sauce.
