Here is how you make Individual Meatloaf:

Mix all ingredients except the salsa, etc. Form into two equal loaves. Place in small baking dish. (I line mine with no-stick foil) Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Spread your choice of salsa, ketchup or tomato sauce on top of each loaf (scant tablespoon).
