2 LB Extra Lean Ground Beef
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
3/4 C. Seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 C. Finely diced Onion
1 Large Egg - beaten
2 tsp/cubes beef boullion (crumbled)
3/4 C. Ketchup
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Dry mustard


How Do I Make Jim's Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Jim's Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and dry mustard in small bowl until smooth - set aside.In Large Bowl (I use stand mixer) combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, worcestershire sauce, boullion, and 1/3 of ketchup mixture - mix well.Place in a 9x13 pan and form into a loaf in the center - so sides of meat don't touch the pan.Cook at 350 for 1 hour.Pour off fat.Pour reserved ketchup mixture over meatloaf.Bake an additional 10 minutes.Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before slicing.Makes 8 - 4 oz servings.Number of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user RANCHOKIM.
