Mix the ground meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4C catsup, salt, pepper, and eggs in a large bowl. Soak the bread in a large bowl with the milk for several minutes. Crumble the slices of bread and work into the meat mixture. Shape the meat mixture into a rough loaf shape and place it on a large baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes. While the meatloaf is in the oven, stir together the remaining 1/4C catsup, mustard, and brown sugar.
