Combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce in a bowl. Mix well. Spread in a nonstick loaf pan. Top with barbecue sauce. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 4.(I actually have a loaf pan with a meatloaf insert that allows the drippings out, making this meatloaf extra lean.
