Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat; cook onions for five minutes. Add garlic and thyme. Cook for 15 seconds and set aside.Mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar. In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk, mustard, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, & tabasco.Mix meat, crackers, parsley, onion mix, egg mix.Cover baking sheet in tin foil.
