2 lbs of ground turkey

1 packet of dry onion soup mix (for the record, there is no way there is 1000 grams of sodium in this...someones calculation for the onion soup mix is way off...

about a cup of ketchup, but you will have to figure out exactly how much is right for you

1/2 cup egg substitute

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup milk (optional)

Gravy to top it off

Here is how you make Grandmas Meatloaf...only BETTER for you:

Soak the breadcrumbs in milk (optional)Throw all ingredients (except gravy) into large bowl and mix with your hands....if you use a beater the consistency will be different.Shape mixture into loaf form, and poke 3-4 holes across the top with your thumb about 1/2 inch deepput 1/4 of the gravy on top of the loafBake in a glass pan for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees.Put another 1/2 of the gravy on the loaf at 15 minutes, and then the rest when it comes out.I like to make extra for meatloaf sandwiches...this is my boyfriends FAVORITE thing to eat...a meatloaf sandwich with onion, cranberry sauce and nayonaise.Enjoy hot!Number of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user GMEISSNE1.
