1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup 1% milk
3 slices 100% whole wheat bread
1 small onion
1/4 cup green peppers
1/4 cup red peppers
1/4 cup yellow/orange peppers
2 TB worstershire sauce
1 TB garlic powder
1 packet onion soup mix
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/3 cup KC Masterpiece Original BBQ Sauce (for topping)


How Do I Make Healthy and Delicious Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Healthy and Delicious Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Using a food processor (or by hand) chop onion and peppers until finely chopped. Add milk and egg beaters to the onion and pepper mix and pulse until just mixed.Pour mixture into a large bowl.Add bread slices to food processor and process into bread crumbs.Pour into bowl with onion/pepper mix.Add soup mix, spices and worstershire sauce and mix until well blended.Add ground beef to the mixture in bowl and continue to mix until very well incorporated. Make sure there are no big chunks of ground beef left.Line a long cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam.Pour meatloaf mix onto pan and shape into a long loaf.Pour 1/3 cup BBQ sauce over the loaf and spread out evenly.Bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through and no pink remains.
