1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 packet Lipton's onion soup mix, dry
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 jumbo egg
1 cup dry oatmeal (not instant)
1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1/4 c. brown sugar


How Do I Make Moist and Quick Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Moist and Quick Meatloaf:

Put ground beef, dry soup mix, egg, oats, green pepper, and half of the tomato sauce in a large bowl. Coat your hands in oil to prevent meat from sticking to fingers. Use hands to mix the ingredients. DO NOT OVERMIX! This will cause meatloaf to be "tough". Put mixture into a loafpan. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. While baking, mix the left over tomato sauce and the brown sugar until no lumps. After baking 40 minutes, remove and pour sauce mix over top of meatloaf. Bake for another 7-10 minutes.
