1 cup low fat sour cream
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups Italian-style dried bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper


How Do I Make Moist and Tasty Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Moist and Tasty Meatloaf:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, pork, egg, low fat sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in soup mix, cheese, and bread crumbs. Do not over mix. Form mixture into a loaf, and place in a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Sometimes I make 2 smaller loaves. Cover with foil. 3. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
