I just made this today, however none left to take a photo, sorry. Some of the ingredients you might want to play with, like seasons and bread crumbs (that is a fairly good guess). You do want one egg and at least one can of soup and one half cup bread crumbs per pound. I use garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper for seasoning. My kids and their friends love it. Usually have to make a double or triple batch, depend on how many of my boy's friend find out I am cooking it. It is a great way to get the veggies in them without a fight! Yes, you do not see ketchup in this recipe, any of them who want that add it after dished up. Never got a complaint with this, lots of 'its so good!' This recipe has been in the family for at least 4 generations!!! It is flavorful without ketchup, moist, healthy, and really good!!!

Here is how you make Mom's Meatloaf with Vegtables:

Mix all ingredients (by hand) with season to taste, put in pan, form to fit. (I use a 9x13 and get abt 15 servings). Put a little water in bottom. Cover. Bake about 1 1/2 to 2 hrs between 325 and 350 degrees. Size of loaf and various oven temp ranges make this hard to get exact. Check the middle (bake until done or almost done in center). Once to that stage, uncover, drain off water and grease (as much as can without dumping out the meatloaf) bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes. Then Enjoy!!!
