Here is how you make Camouflage Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 375F. Saut? the first 5 ingredients in olive oil until onions are translucent. Set aside to cool down. Put the remaining ingredients in a large bowl except for 2 tbs. ketchup. Add the first five items and mix thoroughly. Put in a baking dish and form into a loaf shape. Spread remaining ketchup on top of meatloaf. Bake at 375F for approximately 45 minutes.
