*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz
*Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, .75 cup (be sure to use traditional and not quick)
Flaxseed, ground 2 tbsp
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Tamari Sauce - gluten free low sodium soy sauce, 2 tbsp
Basil, 1 lg bunch of fresh chopped fine

Here is how you make Dr Jonny Bowden Lean Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over med heat. Add the onion and cook for about 4 minutes or until starts to soften. While onion is cooking, combine the celery and zucchini in a food processor and pulse until well chopped, but not pureed.Add garlic, prepared celery zucchini, oregano, salt and peppers to the skillet, cooking until veggies have softened 6-7 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey, oatmeal, flaxseed, eggs, tamari, and basil and mix together gently. Fold in the cooled sauteed vegetables and mix gently until just combined.
