1/4 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. sage
4 slices bread
1 c. warm milk
1 t. worchestire sauce
2 eggs
1/2 c. chili sauce


How Do I Make Meatloaf : 16 Servings?

Here is how you make Meatloaf : 16 Servings:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.2. 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray and saute onion and celery until soft.3. Heat milk 2-3 minutes in microwave in medium sized bowl. Break bread up into small pieces and drop them into the milk. Add eggs and spices to milk mixture and stir. Set aside.4. Mix meats together. Add milk mixture to the meat and mix well. Shape into a loaf in the 9 x 13 pan. Shape diagonal grooves in the top of the loaf with the side of your hand.5. Bake 60 minutes.6. Pour chili sauce into the grooves in top of meatloaf.
