Mix well to distribute all ingredients.Make 5 mini meatloafs either by hand or in mini meatloaf aluminum pans.You can freeze these at this point. I wrapped them in foil, then placed the loaves in a freezer bag. If cooking right away, then heat oven to 350 degrees F. Put on baking sheet, and bake 40-45 minutes. You can put more hoisin sauce on the top if desired.If cooking frozen meatloafs, remove meatloaves from freezer. Allow to thaw.
