Add turmeric, chili powder, garam masala and giner garlic. Add a little water and mix. Add mixed veg, potato, tomato and cilantro. Add a little more water and mix. Add washed rice and then enough water for the pilaf to cook in the pressure cooker. Cook 15 minutes in pressure cooker. Meanwhile, add rest of onion and add the ghee in a frying pan and braise onion until golden brown. Remove from heat. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.Put Pilaf into a baking dish and add onion and ghee on top. Bake, covered, for about 30 minutes. Check at 20 minutes.
