Here is how you make Delicious Mush:

1. Cook rice using a rice cooker. 2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 3. Cube squash and potatoes. 4. Smash and peel garlic. 5. Combine and toss with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. 6. Put in oven. 7. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Sear each side for 2 minutes on medium heat. 8. Place chicken on squash and put in oven for 20 minutes. 9. Check chicken and toss the squash. Put the squash back in the oven for another 20 minutes. 10. Saut? the onions. 11. Shred the chicken and mix with the bone broth and wine. Let simmer as the squash finishes roasting. Add in 1 inch ginger paste and stir. 12. Stir in the squash, making sure to mush it up. Add rice and stir together, seasoning to taste. 13.
