How Do I Make Tye noodles?

Here is how you make Tye noodles:

For this recipe it is better to make the sauce in a wok. You can I believe bye on for like $10 at Ross. First you will want to start with the extra vergin olive oil keep the temp. At a low/medium temp. Now in this dish you can also have chicken in it as well. If you would like to have the chicken then you will want to use gushed garlic 3 tbsp of soysause very little grated ginger and I mean very little. Ginger may not look like much but it can give you a punch if you use to much. And then 1/2 a cup of flower put all of these ingredients in to a laarg plastic ziplock bag. For the chicken you will want to have fat less bone less chicken breasts. You will what to cut the breasts in half horizontally then in half again vertically or vice versa. Then put the chicken in to the mixture. Zip up the bag and shake it smush it any thing to get the mixture all over the chicken evenly. It is better to do this a day before making the meal because it tastes so much better if you let the chicken Mara ate in that mixture overnight and most of the day. For the actual sauce you will want to put in the soy sause the peppers the garlic and the ginger. Stir that and let it simmer. While you are cutting up the garlic ginger and the peppers and mushrooms you will want to have your water for the noodle going that way once you are done slicing dicing and putting in all the ingredients in to the sauce the water will then be ready to put the noodles in. You will want to wait till all the other ingredients are almost done before putting in the mushrooms. After the noodle are done and you have let the sauce simmer for a few minute it is time to enjoy your meal.Serving Size: 6 portionsNumber of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user BLOODREDROSE17.
