Here is how you make Confetti Orzo:

In a large skillet, heat 1 T of olive oil on medium heat. Add 1 c of uncooked orzo and brown. Cook the remaining pasta with the borwned pasta according to package directions. Set aside. Using the sma eskillet, heat the remaining 3 T of live oil. Add green onion, garlic, red bell pepper, celery, cumin, salt and pepper. Cook until tender.
