How Do I Make Broiled Talapia Parmesan?

Here is how you make Broiled Talapia Parmesan:

1. Preheat broiler. Grease a broiling pan, or line pan with aluminum foil.2. In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan, margarine, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with pepper, onion powder and salt. Mix well and set aside.3. Arrange fish fillets on prepared pan. Broil a few inches from heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip fillets over carefully and broil for about 2-3 minutes more. Remove fillets from oven and cover them with the parmesan cheese mixture on top side. Return to broiler for 2 more minutes or till topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
