1 8 oz. bag shredded cheddar
2 tsp. each, oregano, italian seasoning and garlic powder

Here is how you make Italian Sausage and Pasta Bake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onion, peppers and sausage in oil til sausage is browned and veggies are tender. Add sauce, spices and drained pasta. Pour into 9" by 13" pan that has been coated with nonstick spray. Cove with foil and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and top with cheese.
