1 t olice oil ( or a couple spritz of cooking spray)
1-10oz frozen spinach
6 cloves garlic, minced
1-19oz can white beans
2 c diced tomatoes (or one can), drained but keep the juice.
2 t dried oregano
salt & pepper to taste

Here is how you make Pasta with spinach, white beans and tomatoes:

Make 4 servingsCook pasta according to directions - reserve about a cup of pasta water. Microwave spinach until defrosted. Using a clean dish towel, wring out water (be careful, spinach could be hot). Heat a large saute pan over medium high heat, add olive oil (or coat bottom with cooking spray). Add spinach and cook until fully heated, add garlic and saute for another minute. Add drained tomatoes, saute for another 2 minutes. Add tomato juice (from can), beans, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta to pan, toss to combine. Add reserved pasta water, if necessary.
