Here is how you make Spinach and Rotini Pasta Bake:

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare pasta as instructed on package. Meanwhile saute onions and ground beef in medium skillet until cooked thoroughly. Drain mixture. Return to pan and add crushed tomatoes, garlic powder, oregano,salt, pepper, and sugar. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Add spinach and simmer for 3-4 more minutes. Combine pasta and sauce and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle mozzerella on top and bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
