What Are The Ingredients For Peanut Sate Recipe?The ingredients for Peanut Sate are: 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, no skinMARINADE 1 small onion, cut up 2 TBSP soy sauce 2 TBSP lime juice 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp ground cumin 1 clove garlic, minced SAUCE 1/3 c. chicken broth 2 TBSP peanut butter 1 TBSP molasses 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 clove garlic, minced How Do I Make Peanut Sate?Here is how you make Peanut Sate: 1. Cut meat into 1-1/2 in. pieces & place in plastic bag set in deep bowl.2. Make the marinade in a blender. Process onion, 2 TBSP soy sauce, lime juice, sugar cumin & garlic til smooth. Pour over meat & seal bag.3. Marinate meat in fridge for 4 hours, turning bag occasionally. Drain meat, reserving the marinade for basting meat.4. Make sauce in saucepan. Stir broth into peanut butter, then stir in molasses, 1 tsp soy sauce & garlic. cook & stir til heated through & keep warm.5. Thread meat on four skewers, grill or broil. Broil about 4 inches from heat 8 minutes or til done. Turn occasionally & brush w/ marinade. *Serve meat with sauce for dipping.
