Before draining reserve 1/4 C of water from pasta. After draining put pasta back in pot with reserved pasta water.Preheat skillet on medium heat. Remove pan from heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Return pan to heat and add chicken and sausage. Sprinkle with garlic powder and fresh ground pepper. When cooked through, remove from pan and cut into bite-sized pieces.In small saucepan, add milk and package of Parma Rosa sauce. Whisk. Cook according to directions on sauce package. Add Cayenne pepper and stir in just before serving. For spicier sauce add Cayenne pepper at beginning of preparation.Serve in bowls and layer Pasta on the bottom, Chicken, Sausage and Broccoli and 1/2 C of sauce on top.
