Muellers Whole Grain Spaghetti or Thin Spaghetti
4 sm-med bell peppers
1 package of lean ground turkey
1 cup chopped purple onion
2 tbsp basil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
4 oz or 8 tbsp of low fat part skim mozzarella cheese
1 jar of marinara


How Do I Make Bell Pepper Dinner?

Here is how you make Bell Pepper Dinner:

Cut top off of bell peppers. Remove stem from the cut piece. Clean out pepper and wash thoroughly. In skillet, brown turkey meat and onion. Add garlic and basil. Drain. Place peppers in corningware (baking safe dish). Fill peppers 1/3 full with meat. Spoon 2 tbsp marinara into pepper. Top with 2 tbsp cheese. Add more meat mixture. Top with another 2 tbsp. marinara. Top with 2 tbsp cheese. Put pepper lids on top of pepper. put about 1/2-1/2 inch of water in bottom of dish and bake at 350* for 35-45 minutes or until peppers have reached desired tenderness. 15 minutes before peppers are ready, boil pasta.
