2 tsp cornstarch

1 lb Flank steak, thinly sliced (can be left over flank steak)
2 medium peppers (green, red, julienned)
1 tsp oil (olive or canola)
1/2 c diced onion, optional


How Do I Make Ginger Pepper Steak?

Here is how you make Ginger Pepper Steak:

In large bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, and ginger until smooth. Add steak; toss to coat. In skillet or wok, stir-gry peppers (diced onion optional) in oil until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Add beef with marinade to pan; stir-gry about 3 minutes to warm. Serve over rice.If using raw meat, remove pepper/onion combo after cooking 3 minutes and keep warm. Add beef with marinade to pan; stir-gry 3 minutes or until meat reaches desired doneness. Return pepper/onion mix to pan; heat through. NOTE; LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE HAS ONLY 575 mg PER 1 TAB NOT WHAT HAS BEEN CALCULATED IN THIS RECIPE.
