Cut veal cutlets into bite size pieces. Heat oil. in a large saucepan. Stir fry peppers, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Remove veggies from pan and set aside. Spray pan with olive oil spray. Stir fry veal until browned. Add marsala and beef broth. Return veggies to pan. Simmer for 3 minutes.
