Begin cooking the ground turkey (I season mine with pepper and mrs dash original!). After about 5 minutes Add mushrooms and onions.Next start the rice, 3 cups of instant rice is what i use.when the rice is done, while the turkey is still cooking stir in the rice with the turkey. Cut open your bell peppers in half length wise. you should have 6 halves. take out seeds and stem.Preheat oven to 350When turkey is almost done mix in 2 oz of cheese.after cheese is thoroughly melted scoop even amounts into each half bell pepper.
