1 small to medium onion chopped
1 Pepper ( green , red or yellow)
2/3 c Rasins
3 Tabelspoons Olive Oil
1-2 cloves Garlic
1 28oz. can chopped tomatoes1/2 c shopped pitted green olives
1/4 c capers
2 Tabelspoons vinegar
1 Tabelspoon brown sugar or substitte
1 Tabelspoon Italian seasoning
Sea salt and pepper to taste


How Do I Make Picadillo?

Here is how you make Picadillo:

Brown crumbles in 1/2 of the olive oil.. Transfer cruble sto bowl , brown onions garlic and peppers. add meat back to pan. and stir to blend with the "sofrito" (onions, garlic and pepper). Add remaining ingredients.
