What Are The Ingredients For Fisherman's Pie Recipe?The ingredients for Fisherman's Pie are: 3 oz salmon filet3 oz cod filet 1 lobster tail 8 oz cooked tiny shrimp ? can (3 oz) white crabmeat, with juice ? can (3 oz) minced clams, with juice 4 oz imitation crabmeat, chopped 1 tsp corn starch ? C skim milk 1 C carrots, chopped 1 C peas 2 C Mashed potatoes (your favorite recipe 1T butter 1 scallion, chopped Butter flavored cooking spray How Do I Make Fisherman's Pie?Here is how you make Fisherman's Pie: Steam the lobster, shrimp and vegetables until they?re done.Bake the fish in the oven at 400 for 10 minutes, or until it flakes with a fork.In an 8x8 pan, sprayed with Pam, flake the fish, and add the shrimp, the meat from the lobster tail, and the imitation crabmeat.Reserve about ? tsp of each kind of seafood in a separate bowl to make the cream sauce.Add both clams and the white crabmeat, including some of the juice. Pour the rest of the juice into the same bowl that you?ve placed the reserved seafood. Add corn starch to the bowl with the cream sauce ingredients, and the milk. Mix thoroughly, and pour on top of the seafood that?s already in the pan. Add peas and carrots on top of the seafood, and top with mashed potatoes.Garnish with scallions, and add butter to the top to melt.Bake in 350 oven 10 minutes to brown the top.
