Brown the ground turkey with the onion and celery. Drain grease and add the green beans and corn. Sprinkle flour over the meat and veggie mix. Add the broth, salt and pepper to taste, and simmer until thickened. While simmering, boil the potatoes, and mash with the sour cream. Put the meat mixture into a 9 x 13 pan and spread the mashed potatoes on top. Bake at 325 degrees until potatoes are lightly browned and the meat mixture is bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
