Directions for Filling:1. In a large pan, melt butter and saut? veggies until tender2. Add chicken broth3. Add all the seasonings4. Bring stock and vegetable mixture to a light boil/simmer while stirring in the xanthan gum, whisking vigorously until well blended, continue to whisk briskly until the broth begins to thicken.5. Once the mixture has thickened, add the cream and stir well.6. Stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese until melted.7. Add the meat to the sauce and mix well. Set aside.Directions for Crust:8. In a medium bowl, add all crust ingredients 9. Blend ingredients with a pastry cutter or a fork until crumbly and all flour is moistened and cheese is pulverized into the mixture. 10.
