3 medium russet or red potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 2-quart casserole with non-stick cooking spray.In medium nonstick saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp flour. Cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Wisk in the broth, salt & water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer, stirring constantly until thickened.In large bowl, combine the chicken and the remaining Tbsp of flour. Stir in carrots, spinach, onions, cork, milk, thyme, marjoram, and the sauce. Transfer to casserole dish. Top with potatoes, spreading to cover the filling completely.
