1 pound lean ground turkey

1 can (14.5 oz) mixed vegetables
1 can (4 oz) mushrooms
2 cups instant mashed potato flakes
1 cup 2% milk
2 Tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 to 2 cups water, boiling

Here is how you make Easy Shepherd's Pie:

1) Heat olive oil in skillet, and fry minced garlic until browned. Add ground turkey, and desired seasonings. Fry turkey until brown all the way through. Put turkey with drippings in a 9 x 13 pan.2) Add gravy, mixed vegetables, mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, and spread mixture evenly in the pan.3) Put potato flakes, margarine, and milk in a mixing bowl. Add boiling water little by little and mixing until potatoes are spreadable. Season to taste.4) Using a large spoon, spread the potatoes on the meat and veggie mixture.5) Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until the filling is hot and bubbling.
