How Do I Make Family Shepards Pie?

Here is how you make Family Shepards Pie:

Cook the potatoes till tender. While they are cooking, cook the turkey and beef together with the onion. Drain the fat and dump the meat in a 9x13 and 8x8 dish. When potatoes are done, drain and add butter, milk and broth, mash till smooth. Add the beans, tomatoes and sauce to the meat mixture in the pans, stirring till well blended. Top with the potatoes and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake them in a 350 oven for 20 minutes until the cheese was well melted and golden and the sides are bubbling.
