Here is how you make PA Dutch Ham Pot Pie:

Place ham hock in crockpot with broth and onions. Add garlic and any spices, cook on low for 8 hours. Cool and pick all meat off hock and discard fat and bones. Dredge broth for bones and fat, leaving onions. Make the noodles by combining all ingredients and rolling out on a floured surface. Roll thing, then using a pizza cutter cut into small squares.
