Here is how you make Healthy hamburger Pie:

Fry 2 pounds of hamburger in the olive oil, adding the onions when cooked half way through. Cook well until hamburger is done. Drain thoroughly!! Next, place hamburger and onion mixture into a large roasting pan. Add the garlic powder, peas, carrots, tomato soup and mix well. Next, add the mashed potatoes (NO butter/milk added) on top of mea mixture. Place foil on top and place into a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove and remove the foil. Place cheese on top and return to oven for another 15 minutes.
