Preheat oven to 375.Boil potatoes and garlic until done. Mash until smooth. Add buttermilk, season with salt and pepper and set aside.Meanwhile, crumble pork into medium skillet and cook until done. Drain well and set aside. Add onion, celery and rosemary and cook until soft. Add reserved pork, broth and tomato paste. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in peas. Transfer to shallow baking dish. Cover with mashed potatoes, creating cross-hatch pattern or swirl. Brush with olive oil and bake until filling is bubbling and top is golden brown.
