10 sprays of 1 cal olive oil spray
2 dashes salt
black pepper- to taste
basil - to taste
1 cup frozen peas
3 cups carrot slices
2.25 cups sliced mushrooms
2 medium red onions chopped
1 sweet potato
4 white potatoes
2 TblSp Reduced Salt Gravy Granules
1 Knorr Stock Cube
1 TblSp Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauve
3/4 Cup 1% Milk
1 Cup Water


How Do I Make Sheppards Pie?

Here is how you make Sheppards Pie:

Spray a frying pan with the 10 sprays oil. Fry the onions and garlic until brown. Add the Lamb and crumble the stock cube over and fry until brown. Meanwhile boil the potatoes until soft. Par boil the carrots and then add to the lamb. add the peas and mushrooms, salt pepper and basil. Sprinkle the Gravy granules over the lamb and add the water to make the sauce. Now add the Worcester Sauce and simmer on a low heat for 7 mins.When the potatoes are soft, strain, add the milk and mash until smooth.Pre-heat the Oven to 190C.
