Here is how you make Salmon Pie:

Place frozen salmon in bottom of casserole, try not to overlap. Layer 1/2 bag frozen chopped broccoli over salmon. Prepare cheese sauce using flour, margarine, milk and cheddar cheese. Pour prepared sauce over filets and broccoli. Place mashed potatoes on top.
