Drain, add 3 tbs butter, milk, salt & pepper and mash.Meanwhile, dice onions & carrots; saute a few minutes, then add beef and saute until cooked with bay leaf, thyme, rosemary and garlic.While beef is cooking, saute other 2 tbs butter and mix in flour; brown. Mix in broth and Worcestershire sauce; whisk on medium heat until gravy forms. Pour gravy into meat mixture. Add defrosted veggies and simmer 10 minutes.
