Boil potatos. When cooked, mash adding 2 tsp butter.In a skillet, heat oil. Add onion, celery and carrot. Sautee until medium cooked, add sirloin, cook until browned. Add green beans, beef broth, ketchup, and vegetable soup. Continue cooking until heated through.Heat oven to 375 deg. In a baking dish, add vegetable and beef mixture, top with potatoes.
