Minced Garlic 14.5 oz can Hunts Diced Tomatoes 1 cup beef broth 1 tsp dried Rosemary 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 133 grams Frozen Mixed Vegetables (carrots,corn,green beans, peas) How Do I Make WI Squash Shepherd's Pie?Here is how you make WI Squash Shepherd's Pie: Preheat oven to 425. Lightly coat a 7X11 baking dish with non-stick spray; set aside. In a large pot cook squash and potatoes, covered, in boiling water, for 15 to 17 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pot. Add butter, parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Mash together until light and fluffy. Set aside. In a large deep skillet cook the ground meat over medium/high heat until browned. Drain fat and set in another container and set aside. Wipe out skillet with a paper towel. In same skillet heat oil over medium/high heat. Add mushrooms and chopped onion; cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, broth, rosemary and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in frozen mixed veggies, cooked beef, the remaining 1/2 tsp salt and the remaining 1/4 tsp ground pepper; cook for 2 minutes more. Pour meat mixture into 7X11 baking dish. Spread mashed potato/squash mixture over meat mixture. Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
