How Do I Make Taunia's Tuna Pie?

Here is how you make Taunia's Tuna Pie:

Cook your rice and once done mix in one egg and the chopped garlic. Place in a greased or non-stick pie plate and shape to a shell. Combine the chopped onion and tuna and spread on the bottom of the shell. Cover with the shredded cheese. Mix the three remaining eggs and milk and pour over top of the pie. It should just cover the pie. Season with a little salt and pepper if you prefer at this point and put in a 350 degree over for about 35 - 40 minutes.
