Preheat oven to 420 degrees.2. Heat pan, place ground turkey into the pan.3. As the ground turkey starts to cook, but before it's thoroughly cooked, add the bacon bits and paprika.4. Drain the ground turkey, and place in the bottom of one large casserole dish, or split (as I did) between two dishes.5. Heat frozen vegetables according to the directions on the bag. Place over ground meat in dish(es.)7. Sprinkle .5 cup of cheese over the layers so far.6. Make mashed potatoes according to instructions. For added flavor, I substituted ranch dressing for butter, and stirred in the rest of the cheddar cheese.7. Smooth mashed potatoes over the tops of the layers, evenness is not key.8.
