Here is how you make String Pie:

** Preheat oven to 350 ***1) Cook pasta, drain2) Brown turkey with chopped onion and green pepper, drain.3) Stir in spaghetti sauce with turkey.4) Combine cooked spaghetti, parmesan cheese, eggs in large bowl, mix well. Place in bottom of large baking pan (single recipe uses 13x9 - I use 12x15 for doubled recipe). Spread cottage cheese over pasta mixture. Pour sauce mixture over cottage cheese.
