Add milk and margerine, salt and pepper to taste and mash with mixer or hand-held masher until well blended and smooth-ish (no mashed potato is completely smooth!)At the same time as potato is boiling, brown ground turkey; season with onion powder, salt and pepper as desired; drain.In deep casserole dish, put cooked ground turkey and top with can of creamed corn then mashed potato. Bake for 30 - 45 minutes.
