Salsa (I used medium)1 15.5 oz can Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed 1 4.2 oz can Green Chiles, undrained .5 t Chili powder, .5 tsp (remove) .25 t Ground cumin 6 Flour Tortillas, 43 grams each; I think this is about a 7" size 3 oz (or 3/4 c) Cheddar Cheese, grated How Do I Make Pinto-Torilla Melts?Here is how you make Pinto-Torilla Melts: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F.2. In a bowl, mash the beans until about half of the beans are whole and half are mashed.3. Stir in the spices.4. Lay the tortillas on a cookie sheet, without them overlapping too much (if at all).5. Spread the salsa evenly on each tortilla.6. Spread the bean mixutre on top of each tortilla.7. Spread the green chilies over each tortilla. 8. Sprinkle the cheese over each tortilla.9.
