This pizza WAS slightly healthier BUT when I was making it there was only a little sprinkling of cheese I had never seen anything like it so instead of messing up my diet I thought I would account for the calories and make it the right way and its still not to bad for a big piece of pizza!

What Are The Ingredients For Pizza Recipe?

The ingredients for Pizza are:

Pepporoni is what I used but you can use whatever toppings you want
1/4 ounce yeast
1/2 tbs sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/4 cup ragu
2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese


How Do I Make Pizza?

Here is how you make Pizza:

Mix yeast and sugar, add warmed water and let rest for 8 minutes. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. In a separate larger bowl, mix flour and salt. Pour yeast mixture over flour mixture and mix with wooden spoon. Turn dough on a floured surface and knead for 2 minutes. (You can also knead in a Kitchen Aid or other similar mixer.) Roll dough out onto a greased cookie sheet. Spread sauce on dough and bake for 5 minutes.
